Self Leveling Concrete – How ToBy kristen.reasch / October 28, 2021 Self Leveling Concrete - How To I just got done redoing my shop outside and I wanted to show you guys how I used self leveling concrete on your floors, so here ya go!When I build things, I want to make sure I have a level floor, so it is necessary in my shop to have one. I wanted to make sure you guys knew exactly what I did so here is the step-by-step tutorial on how I did that. Supplies for Self Leveling Concrete Rapid Set Concrete Leveler PrimerRapid Set Concrete LevelerPush Broom Step 1 - Wash the Floor I washed the concrete as good as I could so when I poured the rapid concrete nothing got mixed in. Step 2 - Pour Self Leveling Concrete Primer Then, I poured the rapid set leveling concrete primer onto the ground and spread out with a broom. Next, I let the primer dry until it was clear, because this indicates when it is completely dry. Step 3 - Pour Again I poured the rapid set leveling concrete into the middle of the floor and slowly made my way out. I made sure I was pouring it around the edges and not in the middle of the spot because it levels right if you do it that way. Step 4 - Let it Dry Overnight Then I let that dry over night. It is done. If I were not laying floors I just would have gotten enough to fill the entire floor so it would match. I am just laying floor on top of this, so it was not needed. It is all level! Whoot Whoot! Here is what I ended up doing with this space. If you love it, you can pin it!
